The inaugural edition of Bharat GI Mahotsav is set to take place in Patna from November 27-30, 2025. Registrations are now open for GI sellers, FPOs, and artisans.

- • Copy of GI registration or authorised user certificate
- • Organisation details – name, address, contact, GST (if applicable)
- • Basic product catalogue or profile with photographs
- • Personal photograph of applicant
- • Bank account details for payment processing
- • Identity proof (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.)
Important: Stall allocations are subject to verification of GI status and approval by the organising committee. Priority will be given to authorised GI users and farmer / producer-led organisations.
